We work with local and regional businesses &mdash; from luxury goods and home retailers to lifestyle brands &mdash; delivering marketing that connects and converts.Position Overview We&rsquo;re searching for a Web &amp; Digital Graphic Designer who loves bringing brands to life online. This person will design and maintain visually stunning, high-performing websites while also creating digital ads and social content that capture attention and drive results.If you&rsquo;re equal parts creative and technical &mdash; comfortable working inside WordPress and Canva one day and editing a short video ad the next &mdash; this role is for you.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design, update, and maintain client websites and landing pages (primarily WordPress)</li><li>Create responsive web graphics, banners, and visual layouts that support marketing goals</li><li>Build and optimize visuals for performance and user experience (mobile-first mindset)</li><li>Design engaging social and display ad creative for Google, Meta, and other digital platforms</li><li>Create and edit short-form video content for websites and social media</li><li>Collaborate with marketing strategists and account managers to bring campaign concepts to life</li><li>Maintain consistency with each brand&rsquo;s identity and style guidelines</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or Canva Pro</li><li>Strong understanding of web design principles, layout, and UX best practices</li><li>Hands-on experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms</li><li>Video editing and motion design skills (for web and ad use)</li><li>Understanding of digital ad specs, file optimization, and responsive design</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent time management and creative problem-solving skills</li></ul>Bonus Skills<ul><li>Basic HTML/CSS knowledge</li><li>Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and web analytics tools</li><li>Experience designing email templates or web animations</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A collaborative, creative environment that values great ideas and strong design</li><li>Opportunities to work with diverse, growing brands across multiple industries</li><li>Flexible scheduling options</li><li>Growth potential within a fast-paced, expanding agency</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $51,004.41 - $62,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
