<b>Position Summary</b><br>
The Systems Analyst serves as the technical backbone of the Business Systems team. You will bridge the gap between high-level business requirements and the underlying server infrastructure. This role requires a wide variety of skills, database administrator, server tech, software administration, and integration support. This person will work closely with Infrastructure Support, Software Development, Finance, Customer Service as well as other teams at Museum of the Bible.<br>

<b>Key Responsibilities</b><br>
</div><div><b>System Integration:</b><br>
</div><ul><li>Oversee the integration of systems and processes within an organization</li>
<li>Troubleshoot API connections and data flow between the server and enterprise applications</li>
<li>This person will co-partner with the Hobby Lobby Business Intelligence and Reporting Department, Infrastructure Manager, and Business Systems Manager to provide oversight over Integration and Business Intelligence efforts in tracking the project deliverables</li>

<b>System Administration:</b><br>
</div><ul><li>Support and maintain applications within the production environment and test environment, including working with end users and others within IT to troubleshoot and find the root cause of issues</li>
<li>Assist in managing system access, user accounts, and security configurations</li>
</ul>
<div><br>
<b>Infrastructure Support:</b><br>
</div><ul><li>Provide requirements to the infrastructure team to help maintain and configure application servers; monitor performance and manage permissions</li>
<li>Responsible for planning, installing, and validating server software applications</li>
<li>Testing &amp; Deployment: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage the deployment of server-side patches and updates</li>
<li>Database Support: Responsible for supervising the daily activities of the database support team</li>
<li>Lead workshops with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional technical specifications</li>
<li>Maintain technical documentation with all the technical details and proper visual diagrams (Flowcharts, Diagram, and layouts) for ease of understanding</li>

<b>Qualifications:</b><br>
</div><ul><li>3-5 years of experience working in a systems analyst/technical business analyst role</li>
<li>Demonstrated understanding of business analysis principles, processes, and techniques</li>
<li>Must be able to work at and operate a computer terminal for 8 or more hours per day, along with the ability to lift 25 pounds</li>

<div></div><div><ul><li>Four-year college degree in MIS, computer science, <b>or equivalent experience.</b></li>

<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Experience with Salesforce, Point of Sale (POS) and NetSuite not required but preferred</li>

<li>Software administration, Power BI and SQL</li>

<div></div><b>Position Summary:</b></div>
<div></div><div>Leads the visual and user experience design of Museum of the Bible&rsquo;s digital presence. This role is responsible for shaping cohesive brand expression across digital platforms while building scalable design systems that ensure consistency, usability, and performance.<br>

This is a strategic, hands-on design role. You will own major web initiatives, evolve digital brand standards, and develop robust Figma-based design systems that support marketing campaigns, exhibit launches, and ongoing web updates. While familiarity with CMS platforms is important, this role focuses primarily on design strategy, system thinking, and execution excellence.</div>

<b>Duties and Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Lead the design of web experiences, landing pages, and digital campaigns from concept through launch.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a scalable digital design system in Figma, including components, tokens, layout structures, and documentation.</li>
<li>Ensure brand consistency across web, email, digital advertising, and emerging digital touchpoints.</li>
<li>Translate brand standards into cohesive digital frameworks that support both marketing and institutional goals.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design systems and responsive layouts.</li>
<li>Provide art direction and brand guidance for digital campaigns and key initiatives.</li>
<li>Conduct UX reviews and recommend improvements to user flows, accessibility, and visual hierarchy.</li>
<li>Support and guide content updates within the CMS, ensuring design integrity is maintained across evolving web content.</li>
<li>Mentor junior designers and elevate digital design standards across the team.</li>
<li>Stay current on UX trends, digital branding practices, and evolving web technologies.</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, UX/UI, or related field.</li>
<li>5+ years of professional experience in digital design, with strong emphasis on web and branding.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems, component libraries, prototyping, and collaboration workflows.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience building and maintaining scalable digital design systems.</li>
<li>Strong portfolio showcasing web design, digital brand execution, and system-level thinking.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of CMS platforms (Prismic or similar) and comfort collaborating on content updates.</li>
<li>Understanding of front-end principles (responsive design, grid systems, accessibility standards).</li>
<li>Experience designing ADA-compliant, accessible digital experiences.</li>
</ul><div><b>Skills:</b></div>

<li>Deep understanding of layout, typography, interaction patterns, and responsive behavior.</li>
