We&rsquo;re a mobile music education company bringing energy, creativity, and rhythm to preschools, libraries, and camps throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland.We&rsquo;re currently seeking a fun, enthusiastic, and passionate Bilingual Preschool Music Instructor (Spanish/English) to lead interactive music classes in the Philadelphia region. This position is ideal for someone who can blend music, early childhood education, and bilingual engagement to create a joyful learning experience for young children.Sample Weekly ScheduleEach morning, you&rsquo;ll travel to a different partner location. Here&rsquo;s an example of a typical week:Monday: Lansdale Preschool &ndash; 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM Tuesday: Bala Cynwyd Preschool &ndash; 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM Wednesday: Cherry Hill Preschool &ndash; 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Thursday: West Chester Preschool &ndash; 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM Friday: Northeast Philly Preschool &ndash; 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM(Note: Actual schedule may vary based on client needs and instructor availability.)What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>A bilingual (Spanish/English) performer who loves working with young children (ages 1&ndash;6).</li><li>A musician or educator who can lead engaging music classes and incorporate both languages into songs, transitions, and classroom interactions.</li><li>Someone energetic, playful, and confident singing children&rsquo;s songs in both Spanish and English.</li><li>Reliable, flexible individuals available weekday mornings (9:00 AM&ndash;12:00 PM).</li></ul>Why You&rsquo;ll Love Working With Us:<ul><li>Great Pay: $20/hour during a 30-day probationary period, then $30&ndash;40 per teaching hour.</li><li>Mileage, parking, and tolls covered.</li><li>Morning-only schedule with just two afternoon meetings per month.</li><li>Part-time flexibility: Typically 7&ndash;12 hours per week&mdash;ideal for educators, performers, or gigging musicians.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Need:<ul><li>Strong music background and experience leading group activities or classes for young children.</li><li>Ability to confidently sing and play an instrument (guitar, ukulele, or hand drums required).</li><li>Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to incorporate both languages naturally into lessons.</li><li>Reliable transportation, valid driver&rsquo;s license, and willingness to travel up to 50 miles from Philadelphia.</li><li>Up-to-date clearances (FBI, State, and Child Abuse).</li><li>A degree or current enrollment in music, education, early childhood, or child development is a plus.</li></ul>Sound Like a Great Fit?If you&rsquo;re ready to inspire young minds, share your culture and language, make music, and have fun doing it&mdash;we want to hear from you!Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hourExpected hours: 6.0 &ndash; 12.0 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
