Bookkeeper &amp; AccountantPosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper &amp; Accountant to record and manage the company&rsquo;s financial operations. This role combines transactional bookkeeping with financial reporting, compliance, and analysis. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in daily financial records while also supporting management with financial insights and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities1. Daily Bookkeeping &amp; Financial Records<ul><li>Record all financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments)</li><li>Maintain and update the general ledger</li><li>Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable</li><li>Issue invoices and follow up on collections</li><li>Perform bank and card reconciliations</li><li>Maintain accurate cash flow tracking</li></ul>2. Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements</li><li>Generate profit &amp; loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports</li><li>Monitor financial performance and highlight variances</li><li>Support budgeting and forecasting activities</li><li>Provide financial insights to management for decision-making</li></ul>3. Taxation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Prepare and file tax returns in accordance with local regulations</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial laws</li><li>Maintain proper documentation for audits</li><li>Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and banks</li></ul>4. Payroll &amp; Operational Finance<ul><li>Process payroll and maintain salary records</li><li>Manage expense reporting and reimbursement processes</li><li>Develop and maintain internal financial controls</li><li>Improve accounting processes and systems where necessary</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in both bookkeeping and accounting functions</li><li>Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA) preferred but not mandatory</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations</li><li>Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Odoo, SAP, etc.)</li><li>Advanced Excel skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs111,740.00 - Rs167,610.00 per monthWork Location: In person
