 We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Houston-based Accounting Team at Mustang Cat, the authorized Caterpillar® dealer for Southeast Texas. If you’re an AP expert with a strong eye for detail and a passion for process accuracy, this opportunity is for you.

<li>What You’ll Do as a Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator:</li>
<li>Manage all aspects of Mustang Cat’s weekly accounts payable check run</li>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices</li>
<li>Review invoices for correct coding and approval routing</li>
<li>Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies</li>
<li>Process employee expense reimbursements</li>
<li>Set up and maintain vendor accounts in the AP system</li>
<li>Complete W-9 requests and vendor tax documentation</li>
<li>Assist with account reconciliations and reporting</li>

<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Payable experience</li>
<li>Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li>
<li>High proficiency with Excel and related software</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process</li>
</ul>
✅ Preferred Skills: 
<ul>
<li>College coursework in Business or Accounting</li>
<li>Experience with SAP Concur, AVIDXchange, ApplicationXtender, and Unit4 Financials</li>

Now Hiring: Sales Analyst | Houston, TX
 (Sales Operations Support | Equipment Sales Administration | Caterpillar Systems & Reporting)
 Mustang Cat is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Analyst to support our Power Systems Division. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate customer and equipment records, supporting internal reporting, and assisting with administrative processes that keep our sales organization running efficiently. The hiring range for this role is between $50,000-60,000.
 <ul>
<li>What You’ll Do as a Sales Analyst:</li>
<li>Create and maintain customer accounts within internal systems and assist with registration and setup of Caterpillar applications</li>
<li>Maintain alignment between Caterpillar systems and dealer records through accurate data management and reporting</li>
<li>Perform high-volume data entry to support sales operations, including registering Customer Value Agreements (CVAs) and maintaining accurate system records</li>
<li>Run and distribute standard reports to support internal performance tracking and Caterpillar metrics</li>
<li>Support management of Cat Sales Excellence metrics, including OLGA, Connectivity/Condition Monitoring, and incremental STUs</li>
<li>Process equipment orders and support inventory tracking and administrative management of equipment records</li>
<li>Assist with invoicing and ensure accurate billing documentation is maintained</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve internal administrative processes and implement operational efficiencies within the sales support function</li>
<li>Key Requirements:</li>
<li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field strongly preferred</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of industry-related or administrative support experience</li>
<li>Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)</li>
<li>Strong customer service background with a collaborative mindset</li>
<li>Professional verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized</li>
