 We are looking for a talented Senior Interior Designer with experience in residential/ mixed-use projects. The right candidate will be In-charge of concept creation and design development, from presentations to acquiring material finishes, services coordination and FF&amp;E selection.&nbsp;
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for creating and leading design concepts through creative thought processes focused on user experience, materiality, and sustainable approaches, and represents the company&rsquo;s standard quality of design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate design and technical aptitude, with confidence in coordinating all building services with specialized consultants and delivering technical solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with designing and preparing CGI briefs for internal/ external visualizers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to and manage the preparation of mood boards, material &amp; finish selections, and presentations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design, compile, and present to clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain constant professional communications with client, project team, and consultants.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to plan and organize work efficiently, across multiple ongoing projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate knowledge of industry wide furniture &amp; design suppliers, able to lead procurement and client selection discussions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Have responsibilities for managing team members with specific roles, areas or packages within projects, while ensuring quality control and providing guidance for rectification.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work within an agreed scope and deliver complete packages of work to deadline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop design work in close coordination with other members of the team, fostering an inclusive team environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure end to end project delivery under the guidance of Design lead, across all stages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage all aspects associated with projects including proposals, samples, contractual deliverables, project budget, and profitability.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Degree in Interior Design or related internationally recognized degree.
 </li>
 <li>
 8 - 12 years experience on mid-large scale residential &amp; mixed-use projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong space planning skills and attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience working with Lead Design Consultants
 
 (LDC)&nbsp;
 
 and developers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop) &amp; AutoCAD
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Revit is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Possess excellent English communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
 </li>

Senior Interior Designer

 We are looking for a talented Lead Interior Designer with experience in residential plots (ideally working on real estate development projects), and strong background of concept storytelling.
 
 
 
 
 
 The right candidate will be in-charge of creative concept design presentations, attending weekly meetings with client, coordinating with client's sub consultants (MEP, arch, Lighting etc..), with internal design team, BIM &amp; 3D team, liaising with the technical team, reviewing all sets of drawings from Schematic until IFC, FF&amp;E selection, specifying all interior finishes, FF&amp;E and client presentations.

 Job Role
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 12+ years of experience including 2 or more years in leading a team (not necessarily managerial).
 </li>
 <li>
 Candidate must have experience in
 
 residential development
 
 (experience with Lead Design Consultants is a plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work closely with clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge in managing a team of interior designers, 3D visualizer, and CAD operators.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong coordination with the interior design team, design manager, suppliers and clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge in coordinating with subconsultants (MEP, architectural) and to defend the interior design discipline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create strong concept stories, draw plans and review all sets of drawings of the team onboard.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in AutoCAD &amp; Adobe Suite.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent time management skills within the project and team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong in concepts designs (sketches is a plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge on full set of plans from concept to IFC, FF&amp;E suppliers (wall finishes &amp; textures, floor finishes, FF&amp;E, ceilings etc.).
 </li>
