Qualifications: B.Tech/BE or MCA or MBAResponsibilities:Responsible for the requirements collection, review, analysis and documentation.Interaction with customers, employees, team members and other stake holders for requirement gathering.Review, analysis and documentation of other software products, systems and packages for comparative study and documentation.Experience:At least 5+ Years of experience in IT as developer/QA/BA.At lead 3+ Years as BAGood analytical and logical capabilities, good communication and interpersonal skills, sound knowledge of software tools and technologies.Experience in creating mock-ups and data flow diagrams to explain the business processes.
