Monday &ndash; Friday (schedule to be determined); rotating Saturday 9:00am &ndash; 12:00pm

<ul><li>You love to be on the phone and chatting online. You do what it takes to find solutions to a variety of member needs while representing the Credit Union in a professional and courteous manner</li>
<li>You&rsquo;re great at building relationships both with our members and when working cross-collaboratively with various internal teams.</li>
<li>You are comfortable navigating multiple systems at a time and solving complex account and financial inquiries. You don&rsquo;t give up until you&rsquo;ve found a satisfactory resolution and the member is satisfied.</li>
<li>You have an uncanny ability to recommend products that could help the member reach their financial goals.</li>
<li>All Call Center Specialists must follow all Federal and State Regulations as well as internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements such as: BSA, USA Patriot Act, and OFAC.</li>
<li>Strongest candidates will have experience with video customer service and ITM's.</li>

Starting Pay: $17.50/hour
Experience:
Two years of similar or related experience.
Education:
High School education or GED.
