We are looking for a strategic and data-driven SEO Analyst who can take full ownership of our digital marketing ecosystem &mdash; from SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) to Social Media Marketing and Paid Ads. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves experimenting with digital strategies, and can deliver measurable results in traffic growth, conversions, and brand visibility.Key Responsibilities:Search Engine Optimization (SEO):<ul><li>Plan, execute, and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies.</li><li>Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits.</li><li>Optimize website structure, meta tags, internal linking, and schema markup.</li><li>Build and manage backlink acquisition strategies and monitor domain authority.</li><li>Track, report, and analyze website analytics and performance metrics (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).</li></ul>Answer Engine Optimization (AEO):<ul><li>Optimize content for voice search and featured snippets.</li><li>Improve presence in Google Discover, People Also Ask, and AI-generated results.</li><li>Ensure structured data implementation for AI-driven search visibility.</li></ul>Social Media Marketing (SMM):<ul><li>Create and execute organic and paid social media strategies across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X).</li><li>Manage content calendar, community engagement, and social media analytics.</li><li>Collaborate with the creative team for engaging post, reels, and campaign ideas.</li></ul>Paid Advertising (SEM &amp; Social Ads):<ul><li>Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.</li><li>Optimize ad performance for CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.</li><li>Conduct A/B testing and create retargeting strategies.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with insights.</li></ul>Content &amp; Analytics:<ul><li>Collaborate with content teams to ensure all content is SEO-friendly and optimized for conversions.</li><li>Use tools like Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Hotjar to measure performance.</li><li>Provide regular insights and recommendations for digital growth.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, SMM, and paid media.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Google Search algorithms, Core Web Vitals, and AI-driven search trends.</li><li>Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Analytics 4.</li><li>Proficiency in A/B testing, keyword strategy, and conversion optimization.</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.</li><li>Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience with local SEO and app store optimization (ASO).</li><li>Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress/Shopify CMS.</li><li>Familiarity with email marketing automation and CRM tools.</li><li>Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and AI SEO trends.</li></ul>Why Join Us:<ul><li>Opportunity to lead end-to-end digital growth initiatives.</li><li>Work with a creative, fast-growing brand leveraging cutting-edge marketing tools.</li><li>Growth-oriented, performance-driven culture.</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, FreelancePay: &#8377;10,435.50 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>SEO: 2 years (Required)</li><li>SMM: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Paid Advertising: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Answer Engine Optimization: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
