This is an in-person position focused on supporting a high-volume retail loan office in Providence, RI. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities: 
<ul><li>Effectively manage and process a full pipeline of mortgage loan files (25-30)</li><li>Evaluate loan files for regulatory compliance and completeness</li><li>Accurately review and input pertinent loan data into operational systems</li><li>Order supplementary vendor products, such as title reports and property appraisals</li><li>Obtain required underwriting conditions from loan officer and/or loan applicant(s)</li><li>Communicate pipeline and file status to retail sales channels and management</li><li>Work closely with all operational departments to establish productive and efficient workflows</li><li>Complete required checklists and worksheets</li></ul> 
Experience and Education: 
<ul><li>Previous experience in mortgage loan processing required</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred, but not required</li><li>Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new systems</li><li>Knowledge of MS Office products</li><li>Strong customer service and time management skills a must</li><li>Highly motivated and determined to succeed in a competitive, time sensitive industry</li></ul> 
Processors average 70-80K between base pay and per file bonus.

 This role emphasizes developing new opportunities through structured outreach, prospecting, and lead&nbsp;qualification. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with&nbsp;strong communication&nbsp;skills, able to follow scripts, adapt in the moment, and quickly build rapport. Success in this role requires thriving in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and effectively engaging customers.&nbsp;
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Manage a high volume of warm inbound calls efficiently, with a focus on servicing, prospecting, and lead&nbsp;qualification.&nbsp;

 Conduct initial contact and follow-up to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;needs and&nbsp;determine&nbsp;customer&nbsp;fit&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow scripts verbatim for products and services, applying rebuttals as needed&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Build trust-based relationships by going&nbsp;above and beyond&nbsp;in addressing early customer concerns&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Offer service support or handle simple service questions prior to transferring to a loan officer&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Consistently meet individual and team targets for lead conversion, customer service, productivity, and quality&nbsp;
 </li>
 </ul>

 What&nbsp;You&rsquo;ll&nbsp;Need to Succeed:

 Strong ability to qualify leads, handle objections, and follow structured scripts&nbsp;

 Proven&nbsp;track record&nbsp;of proactive outreach and early-stage sales development&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency&nbsp;(or strong willingness to learn) Salesforce, Five9, and&nbsp;Yonyx&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask and manage time in a high-volume environment&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Growth-oriented, proactive, and aligned with early-stage sales culture&nbsp;
