 Role Overview:
 
 
 
 At Mutual of Omaha Mortgage,&nbsp;we&rsquo;re&nbsp;seeking&nbsp;
 
 experienced call center sales &amp; service professionals
 
 &nbsp;to handle a
 
 &nbsp;
 
 high volume of&nbsp; inbound&nbsp;calls
 
 
 .&nbsp;
 
 
 This role emphasizes developing new opportunities through structured outreach, prospecting, and lead&nbsp;qualification. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with&nbsp;strong communication&nbsp;skills, able to follow scripts, adapt in the moment, and quickly build rapport. Success in this role requires thriving in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and effectively engaging customers.&nbsp;
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage a high volume of warm inbound calls efficiently, with a focus on servicing, prospecting, and lead&nbsp;qualification.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct initial contact and follow-up to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;needs and&nbsp;determine&nbsp;customer&nbsp;fit&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow scripts verbatim for products and services, applying rebuttals as needed&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Build trust-based relationships by going&nbsp;above and beyond&nbsp;in addressing early customer concerns&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Offer service support or handle simple service questions prior to transferring to a loan officer&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Consistently meet individual and team targets for lead conversion, customer service, productivity, and quality&nbsp;
 </li>
 </ul>

 What&nbsp;You&rsquo;ll&nbsp;Need to Succeed:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1+ years of combined experience
 
 inbound
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 sales, call center, or phone-based customer engagement&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent phone communication skills&mdash;clear, confident, and persuasive&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong ability to qualify leads, handle objections, and follow structured scripts&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven&nbsp;track record&nbsp;of proactive outreach and early-stage sales development&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency&nbsp;(or strong willingness to learn) Salesforce, Five9, and&nbsp;Yonyx&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask and manage time in a high-volume environment&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Growth-oriented, proactive, and aligned with early-stage sales culture&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferred: Background in mortgage, finance, and/or sales&nbsp;
 </li>
