Responsibilities<ul><li>Teach drum techniques, rhythm patterns, and music theory to students of various age groups.</li><li>Conduct individual and group classes based on the curriculum.</li><li>Prepare students for performances, exams, and recitals.</li><li>Create engaging lesson plans that suit beginner to advanced learners.</li><li>Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.</li><li>Maintain a positive, motivating, and safe learning environment. Requirements</li><li>Strong proficiency in drums/percussion (acoustic or electronic).</li><li>Ability to teach different styles: rock, pop, jazz, funk, fusion, etc.</li><li>Good communication and patience while teaching kids and adults.</li><li>Prior teaching experience preferred, but not mandatory.</li><li>Ability to play with metronome and backing tracks.</li><li>Knowledge of music theory is an added advantage.</li></ul>Additional Skills (Optional)<ul><li>Experience performing live or in bands.</li><li>Ability to prepare students for Trinity/Rockschool exams.</li><li>Basic recording or digital music production skills.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Flexible working hours</li><li>Growth opportunities</li><li>Friendly and supportive</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
