We are seeking an experienced Inbound Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with major U.S. cable and internet providers such as DIRECTV, AT&amp;T, Spectrum, or similar services.This role involves handling inbound customer inquiries, converting leads into sales, and processing customer orders accurately.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle inbound calls and chats from customers interested in cable, internet, and TV services.</li><li>Promote and sell products such as DIRECTV, AT&amp;T, Spectrum, and other related services.</li><li>Process new orders, upgrades, and service activations efficiently.</li><li>Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion goals.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.</li><li>Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and competitor offerings.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Mandatory experience with U.S. telecom/cable providers (DIRECTV, AT&amp;T, Spectrum, etc.).</li><li>Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.</li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Good computer literacy and familiarity with CRM/order processing tools.</li><li>Ability to work Night shifts ( US HOURS )</li><li>Excellent English speaking and comprehension skills.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive base salary 100k plus attractive commissions.</li><li>Performance-based incentives and bonuses.</li><li>Friendly and supportive team environment.</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and skill development.</li></ul>To Apply: Send your CV to hr.mwamarketing@outlook.com or Call us at 0331-5916692.Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
