We&rsquo;re looking for a motivated and organized Office Manager / Sales Associate to join our growing team.Job SummaryThis hybrid position combines office management, sales, and customer relations. You&rsquo;ll help manage leads, follow up with customers, and generate new business while representing MWS&rsquo;s reputation for professionalism and quality craftsmanship.Responsibilities<ul><li>Follow up on company leads and new project inquiries</li><li>Contact past customers to ensure satisfaction and request reviews</li><li>Reach out to previous clients to offer additional services or maintenance work</li><li>Communicate with customers regarding job estimates and project status updates</li><li>Maintain a daily log of all calls, emails, and leads</li><li>Travel to local job sites as needed to meet customers or inspect progress</li><li>Work remotely or from the office depending on weekly tasks</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Sales experience required (construction, home improvement, or related field preferred)</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Self-motivated and comfortable working independently</li><li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Starting pay: $18/hour</li><li>Commission on all additional work or new leads generated</li><li>Flexible schedule (mix of remote and field work)</li><li>Opportunity for career growth in a rapidly expanding company</li></ul>Job TypeFull-timeSchedule: Monday to Friday (some flexibility)Work setting: Remote/Field/Office hybridJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
