 What You&rsquo;ll Do:
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Conceptualize and visualize creative ideas for integrated communication across digital &amp; offline platforms
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Translate briefs into visually compelling designs that align with brand strategy and campaign objectives
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work closely with copywriters, art directors and client servicing teams to ensure cohesive creative outputs
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Stay updated on trends, creative tools and emerging technologies to keep work fresh and competitive
 
 
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 
 
 What You Need:
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;~3-4 years of experience as a designer / visualizer in a communication, branding or advertising agency
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Portfolio showcasing diverse work across digital, print and integrated campaigns
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite and related tools)
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to translate abstract ideas into clear, engaging visual concepts
