Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Excel and Tally, along with excellent communication skills and a good command of the English language. This role involves assisting with day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the senior accounts team in achieving organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain and update accounting records using Tally ERP.</li><li>Prepare, review, and reconcile daily, monthly, and annual financial transactions.</li><li>Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and statements using Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for financial follow-ups and clarifications.</li><li>Assist in financial audits and ensure accurate record-keeping.</li><li>Perform any other accounting or administrative tasks as assigned by seniors.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.</li><li>Hands-on experience or training in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills in English.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.</li><li>Prior 1&ndash;2 years of experience in an accounting role will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Perks &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Exposure to diverse accounting and finance processes.</li><li>Training and mentorship from senior finance professionals.</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and skill development.</li><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
