Our Production Graphic Designer is an IN-HOUSE key position in our graphic designing department, helping us produce professional awards, dimensional products, signs, posters, logos, banners, apparel and more. If you are the right candidate and have a passion for design, we are willing to train you.KEY FUNCTIONS:<ul><li>Design unique graphics based on customer requests.</li><li>Create dimensional and structural products</li><li>Create signs and other marketing materials</li><li>Prepare design/CAD files for production along with maintaining color standards.</li><li>Entering and tracking time and project details</li></ul>POSITION REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Position is for an in house designer at our Carson City location.</li><li>Willing to learn software and processes along with design style. Training will be provided.</li><li>Complete comprehensive understanding of producing products from your designs</li><li>Understand and setup of print cut files</li><li>Ability to nest parts into sheet material</li><li>Extreme attention to detail</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong organization and time management skills</li><li>Effective problem solving skills</li><li>The ability to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively under deadline pressure.</li></ul>o CorelDraw experience o Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office software o The ability to quickly learn new software and software updates and customer relationship management platforms o Must be goal-oriented and self-motivated with proven capability of independently organizing, performing work and assuring follow-through. o Must have a proven ability to handle stress. o Must work in compliance with Company policies and procedures. o Must work effectively in a team environment. o Normal hours required (7:30am-5:00pm M-Th, 7:30-11:30 Friday) and may work more when required to meet deadlines including weekends, holidays, evenings, etc. o Must project an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor.WHAT WE OFFER: -Ability to grow and increase your pay and position -Health Benefits after 90 days -Paid holidays after 6 months -Casual work environment with a group of like minded people who love racing!Email resume and job historyJob Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
