We are looking for highly motivated, Passionate people who want to make a difference in health care sector.My city Hospital required qualified and experienced Registered Nurse /Midwife /Paeds Technician (FEMALE) for Rotational Shift DutyJob Types: Part-time, ContractExpected hours: 6.5-12.5 hours per day, 06 days in a weekJob Title: Registered Nurse /Midwife /Paeds Technician (FEMALE) for Rotational Shift DutyDepartment: [ER +Wards]Reports To: [Head of Department, Senior Medical Officer]Job Summary:This position is for a Registered Nurse /Midwife /Paeds Technician (FEMALE) for Rotational Shift Duty to provide high-quality medical services to patients within a specified department.RESPONSIBILITIES &amp; DUTIES:<ul><li>Taking patient blood samples and vitals (e.g. Pulse, Temperature, Oxygen saturation and Blood Pressure etc.)</li><li>Monitoring and administering medication, injections and intravenous infusions to the patients as per advice.</li></ul>&middot; Promotes and restores patient health by completing the nursing process and collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.&middot; Providing physical and psychological support to patients and supervising assigned team members and maintains a cooperative relationship among health care team and responding to requests.&middot; Identifies patient care requirements and promotes patient's independence by establishing patient care goals.&middot; Guide attendants to understand condition, medications, and self-care skills and answering questions.&middot; Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes and standards following hospital and nursing standards of care set by state board of nursing.&middot; Resolves patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.&middot; Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.&middot; Protects patients and staff adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.&middot; Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Maintains continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.&middot; Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.&middot; Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs and maintaining equipment inventories.&middot; Maintains inventory by checking stock of supplies and verifying receipt of supplies and its use.&middot; Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing related publications.Qualifications:* Education: Generic BScN / General Nursing or equivalent medical degree / Midwifery / Paeds Technician Diploma from a recognized university or HEC.* Licensure/Certification: Valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.* Experience: Fresh or 01 year of experience in relevant department.Skills:* Excellent communication, interpersonal and patient-centered care skills.* Strong diagnostic and clinical judgment skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.* Excellent time management and organizational skills.To Apply:Interested Candidates may send their resume at info@mycityhospital.pk.
