Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, implement, and monitor operational strategies to achieve business objectives.</li><li>Oversee daily operations across departments, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.</li><li>Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs while maximizing productivity.</li><li>Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with HR, marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure cross-functional efficiency.</li><li>Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and manage the operations team, ensuring proper training and performance management.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).</li><li>3 to 4 year experience as an Operations executive or in a similar leadership role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of operational procedures, supply chain, and resource management.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Willingness to travel domestically as needed to meet clients, attend events, conferences, or oversee operations.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary (as per industry standards)</li><li>Performance-based incentives</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
