 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 Providing direct patient care, administering medications, and implementing nursing interventions in accordance with established protocols and standards of practice. In addition to, assessing patient needs, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and promoting patient safety and well-being.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Primary Responsibilities-Technical:
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 Conducting comprehensive nursing assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs, documenting findings and identifying priorities for care.
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare team members, incorporating patient preferences, cultural considerations, and evidence-based practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members, including physicians, therapists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate patient care, exchange information, and facilitate discharge planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Administering medications, intravenous (IV) therapy, and treatments as prescribed by physicians, following medication administration protocols, dosage calculations, and safety precautions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring patients' responses to medications, assessing for adverse reactions, and intervening promptly to prevent complications or side effects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performing nursing procedures and interventions, such as wound care, catheterization, tracheostomy care, and specimen collection, adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting physicians and healthcare providers during examinations, treatments, and procedures, ensuring patient comfort, safety, and privacy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Educating patients and families about their medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies, fostering empowerment, compliance, and health literacy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing guidance on preventive healthcare measures, lifestyle modifications, and community resources to promote wellness and disease prevention.
 </li>
 <li>
 Documenting vital signs, medication administration, treatments, and nursing interventions according to established protocols and policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, and patient responses in electronic health records (EHR) or paper charts, following documentation standards and regulatory requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend and participate in educational activities and participate in the orientation and on-going education of new nursing staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility to work different shifts in different areas according to the work needs within the scope of nurses practice in My Clinic.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate as an active member on assigned committees and participate with continuous quality improvement activities to improve patient&rsquo;s care and work environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in reviewing the standards and policies for the national and international accreditation requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain all time maximum safe environment for patient, family and staff by ensuring safe equipment&rsquo;s, instruments, medications, explosive hazard, crash cart, medical gases, ambulance and implement the infection control procedures &amp; guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performing other duties as assigned and submitting the daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
 </li>

 Education / Professional Qualifications:
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 Education Degree: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Nursing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Years of Experience: Min 5 years of experience within a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 License: Registry Eligible Status.
 </li>
 </ol>

Staff Nurse - Home Health Care (Jeddah)

 Primary Responsibilities:
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 Follow Department and Organizational Policies and Procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluating patients&rsquo; medical histories to ensure the various medical imaging procedures will not harm them.
 </li>
 <li>
 Suggesting alternative medical imaging techniques, when necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Informing patients about the medical imaging process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working with radiology technicians to perfect image quality. Define protocols for different imaging procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Image Interpretation: Analyze and interpret medical images (X-rays and ultrasounds) to diagnose illnesses and injuries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Diagnostic Procedures: Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures such as ultrasound scans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Consultation: Discuss imaging findings and diagnoses with referring physicians and healthcare providers to determine appropriate treatment plans for patients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Compiling and verify written reports of results and diagnoses for xray and ultrasound.
 </li>
 <li>
 Primary reporting for Mammography, CT and MRI scans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Following medical protocols for resuscitation, bleeding, infection, or other emergency situations, when necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Patient Care: Provide patient care by explaining imaging procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety during procedures, and addressing any concerns or questions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of imaging procedures and reports, adhering to established protocols and standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as surgeons, oncologists, and pathologists, to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Administrative Duties: Complete administrative tasks related to patient care, such as documenting findings, maintaining patient records, and adhering to regulatory requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document any Critical Findings and relaying the attending Doctor and/ or the Patient.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide oversight of the system management for the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS).
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform other professional duties requested from line manager.
 </li>
 </ol>
 
 
 
 
 Education / Professional Qualifications:
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from faculty of medicine
 </li>
 <li>
 Saudi fellowship or equivalent in radiology as per MOH criteria
 </li>
 <li>
 License and Recognized by SCFHS
 </li>
