Client Accounting Manager (CAS Services)We are seeking a seasoned, detailed-oriented Bookkeeper at My CPA Coach, responsible for managing bookkeeping and accounting services for multiple high net-worth individuals and small business clients across a variety of industries. My CPA Coach is a fast-growing CPA Firm that specializes in Tax Planning and Consulting for Small Business Owners and High-Income Individuals. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills and a high level of accuracy and ownership over the bookkeeping process.Highlights of the Role:<ul><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for small business clients for accounting &amp; bookkeeping services</li><li>Work independently to perform bookkeeping and payroll services</li><li>Work from home; position is 100% remote</li><li>Ensure timely, accurate, and quality work deliverables</li><li>Receive competitive base compensation</li></ul>The Ideal Candidate:<ul><li>Is QuickBooks Certified</li><li>Has at least 3 years of client-facing accounting experience, serving as the primary contact for engagements</li><li>Is confident to serve clients independently (resources provided)</li><li>Is able to work effectively and efficiently on tasks</li></ul>Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and communicate directly regarding bookkeeping questions and requests</li><li>Provide full-service accounting and bookkeeping services to diverse clientele, including business owners, real estate investors, and high-income or high-net worth individuals.</li><li>Collaborate with internal team members, including CPAs and bookkeeping specialists, regarding client financials to deliver optimal results</li><li>Prepare and lead client accounting calls, regularly providing status updates and engaging the clients with their accounting questions throughout the year.</li><li>Maintain strong client relationships by managing their expectations, being responsive to their communications/emails, and meeting your promises with clients (delivering on what you say you will)</li><li>Oversee and manage all accounting practices and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.</li><li>Collaborate with Managing Partners to develop and implement financial and operational strategies aligned with the organization's goals.</li><li>Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting laws and regulations.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Must be a certified Bookkeeper in QuickBooks online</li><li>At least 3 years of QuickBooks Online and/or relevant bookkeeping experience</li><li>Strong problem solving and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and deliver results in a fast paced and dynamic environment with the desire for continuous improvement</li><li>Willingness and ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have at least 3 years of client-facing accounting experience where you've served as the primary contact?
