Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on preventive care and patient education. The Dentist will work collaboratively with our team to ensure a positive experience for every patient while maintaining the highest standards of dental practice.Very busy practice, 8 ops, lots of new patients, and all of the latest equipment.$600 per day or percent of collectionsResponsibilities<ul><li>Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.</li><li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.</li><li>Provide a range of dental services, including restorative, preventive, and pediatric dentistry.</li><li>Utilize dental software such as Dentrix for patient management and record keeping.</li><li>Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of patient treatments, progress, and medical history using Epic or similar systems.</li><li>Stay updated with advancements in dentistry and incorporate new techniques as appropriate.</li><li>Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution.</li><li>Active dental license to practice dentistry in the state of Michigan.</li><li>Familiarity with medical terminology and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) is advantageous.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.</li><li>Commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a friendly and professional manner</li><li>5-8 years experience required</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $600.00 per dayBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
