 We&rsquo;re looking for an experienced
 
 Assistant Accountant
 
 to support our Accounts operations in Dubai. The role requires strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices, VAT compliance, Corporate Tax and hands-on experience with reporting and reconciliations.

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Support VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Process accounts payable/receivable and manage vendor reconciliations
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with payroll, expense claims, and internal audits
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of IFRS and UAE VAT laws
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent attention to detail and time management
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Education
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA will be an added advantage
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience
 
 
 
 
 Minimum 3 years in UAE / GCC
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Salary
 
 
 
 
 3,000 (AED) - 5,000 (AED) per month
