PT focuses on informative and aspirational content to help people navigate property decisions with confidence.Job Role:We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive with a proven track record in real estate sales. The role involves managing qualified leads, driving closures, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert potential leads into confirmed sales.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.</li><li>Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring smooth documentation and payment follow-ups.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams for project updates, customer support, and handovers.</li><li>Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.</li><li>Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Experience: 1&ndash;2 years in Real Estate Sales.</li><li>Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Fluency in Telugu and English (Hindi is an added Advantage).</li><li>Strong understanding of the real estate market and client requirements.</li><li>Ability to manage client relationships and work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Willingness to travel within the city for client meetings and site visits.</li></ul>Perks &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Attractive incentive structure.</li><li>Travel allowance for client visits.</li><li>Career growth opportunities.</li><li>Opportunity to work with a dynamic, growing real estate brand.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
