Responsibilities:</b></h4><ul><li>
Assist in the recruitment process by managing applicant tracking systems including posting job openings and coordinating interviews.</li><li>
Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.</li><li>
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and workforce management best practices.</li><li>
Support strategic planning initiatives by providing data analysis and reporting on workforce metrics.</li><li>
Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.</li><li>
Manage HRrelated inquiries from employees, providing guidance on policies and procedures.</li><li>
Assist in the implementation of HR programs.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Experience:</b></h4><ul><li>
Proven experience in a human resources role, preferably as a coordinator or similar position.</li><li>
Knowledge of workforce management principles and OSHA regulations is a plus.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building relationships across all levels of the organization.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications is essential.</li></ul><p>
