We are looking for outgoing SaaS product demonstration experts who leverage their deep understanding of our end-to-end interaction and workflow platform to deliver compelling software demos to interested prospects and customers. In this role, you will work closely with our account development and regional sales teams to expand our market footprint and increase the value we deliver to current customers. This is a fast-paced, high-growth environment where we leverage TPS principles like Working Backwards and Customer First. 
The Product Consultant will be responsible for the following:<ul><li>
Be the primary product and technical expert throughout the sales cycle, with a focus on articulating the value of myKaarma in the context of each prospect&rsquo;s unique needs</li><li>
Play a key, hands-on role in continuously improving existing processes and approaches as the foundation to support myKaarma growth</li><li>
Deliver compelling sales demos in a consultative approach to solve current and future problems with each dealer opportunity</li><li>
Work with Regional Sales Executives to navigate technical deal cycles, and then work closely with Deployment and Implementation teams to ensure ongoing value realization for customers</li><li>
Work closely with Product Management to provide insightful market feedback</li><li>
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to develop collateral to support prospects, customers, and internal stakeholders</li><li>
Develop expertise in myKaarma processes, the ecosystem of our tools and competition, and strategies customers can take to achieve their strategic objectives by leveraging the myKaarma platform</li><li>
Identify all technical issues, as well as concerns of dealer prospects, to ensure complete customer satisfaction and understanding through all stages of the sales process</li></ul> 
Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>
3 + years experience in selling SaaS solutions.</li><li>
Fixed Operations Automotive Industry experience is required</li><li>
Self-motivated with high energy and a willingness to learn and adapt.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills.</li><li>
The ability to understand a customer's needs on both the business and technical sides.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and meticulous attention to detail.</li><li>
Must have excellent customer-facing soft skills to interact with both internal and external customers.</li><li>
Strong persuasive speaking skills, comfortable with public speaking to attract and engage large training groups and sales demonstrations of high importance.</li><li>
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time as needed for conferences and other company meetings.</li></ul>

Role Description 
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager, Accounting to work with the Accounts &amp; Admin Manager to manage the accounting operations of our India entity. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, compliance, financial reporting, and taxation.
This role involves accounting processes, SOFTEX documentation, GST, tax filings, and audits and support of Admin for budgeting. The role is ideal for a self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and enjoys building strong financial foundations for scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Core Accounting Operations:<ul><li>
Perform day-to-day accounting activities and entries, including Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger maintenance.</li><li>
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian GAAP / Ind AS.</li><li>
Prepare Trial Balance, Profit &amp; Loss, and Balance Sheet schedules, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper substantiation.</li><li>
Assist in SOFTEX documentation, certification, and submission for export of IT/ITES services through authorized banks and STPI.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Taxation &amp; Regulatory Compliance:</h3><ul><li>
Support tax filings and compliance activities, including:</li><li><div><ul><li>
GST: preparation of returns, reconciliations (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B matching), and annual filings.</li><li>
Income Tax &amp; TDS: monthly TDS payments, quarterly returns, and Form 16/16A issuance.</li><li>
Audits: assist in statutory and internal audits, ensure audit readiness, maintain audit trails, and support timely closure of observations.</li><li>
Regulatory filings: support in tax assessments and compliance under Income Tax, GST, and Companies Act.</li></ul></div></li><li>
Perform bank, intercompany, and vendor reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of open items.</li><li>
Handle monthly payroll accounting, employee reimbursements, and compliance with PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax requirements.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Process Improvement &amp; Governance:</h3><ul><li>
Periodically review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for accounting and compliance functions.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Admin, HR, Operations, and US Finance) to ensure end-to-end accuracy and timely reporting.</li><li>
Support statutory filings under the Companies Act, in coordination with external consultants or company secretarial teams.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Requirements</h2><ul><li>
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) &mdash; mandatory.</li><li>
Experience: 5-8 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, finance, or compliance.</li><li>
