We specialize in high-end interior and exterior painting, siding, roofing, and full exterior renovations.Wilson&rsquo;s Power Washing &amp; Sealing operates as a division of My Painter &amp; Exteriors, focused on exterior cleaning services including house washing, roof cleaning, deck restoration, and concrete sealing.Bright Bins is a fast-growing service focused on residential trash bin cleaning and sanitation, providing homeowners with a simple but high-impact service that improves cleanliness and curb appeal.Together, our brands are growing quickly, and we&rsquo;re investing heavily in marketing and content to support that growth.Position OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Content Creator to capture and manage photo/video content across all three brands. This is a field-based role where you will travel to active job sites, document our work, and help showcase our projects across Google and social media platforms.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build real-world experience in content creation, marketing, and branding while working alongside a fast-growing company.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Travel to job sites across Northern Virginia to capture content</li><li>Take high-quality photos and videos of projects in progress and completed work</li><li>Upload content to:</li><li>Google Business Profiles</li><li>Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked in, etc.)</li><li>Organize and maintain all content in a shared company folder for marketing use</li><li>Coordinate with our team to identify key projects and content opportunities</li><li>Ensure consistent branding and quality across all content</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality content</li><li>Comfortable using a smartphone and/or camera for photo/video</li><li>Basic understanding of social media platforms</li><li>Reliable, self-motivated, and organized</li><li>Comfortable driving between job sites throughout the day</li><li>Interest in marketing, branding, or content creation</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Perks<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)</li><li>Gas reimbursement</li><li>Company phone provided</li><li>Flexible, field-based work environment</li></ul>Growth OpportunityThis role is designed for someone who wants to grow with a company.
