Re-fresh Room: Open windows in guest rooms to let in fresh air, contributing to a pleasant and inviting environment.</li><li>
Carpet Care: Vacuum guest rooms, hallways, and public area carpets. Check for and remove any trash found behind or under furniture.</li><li>
Maintenance Coordination: Immediately report any necessary repairs or maintenance issues in guest rooms to the maintenance team.</li><li>
Deep Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning tasks for guest rooms and public areas as assigned, ensuring thorough and high-quality cleaning standards.</li><li>

Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>

Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, furniture, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces; vacuum guest rooms, hallways, and common areas while checking behind and under furniture for debris.</li><li>
Refresh rooms by opening windows when weather permits, cleaning and sanitizing guest room items such as ice buckets, and checking basic room features including lighting, televisions, and HVAC units, reporting any concerns promptly.</li><li>
Maintain organization and efficiency by restocking housekeeping carts, managing storage areas, assisting with laundry and deep-cleaning projects, and properly disposing of trash at the end of each shift.</li><li>

Loyalty Program Promotion: Actively promote the Stay Rewarded Loyalty Program to enhance guest loyalty and satisfaction.</li><li>
Cleaning: Assist with cleaning tasks, such as laundry (washing, drying, folding, and storing), cleaning and sanitizing common areas, stocking supplies, making coffee, and stocking the coffee bar. Ensure that all entrances and sidewalks are free of snow and ice.</li><li>
