This includes customer service, leasing units, maintaining the property, managing finances, and ensuring a safe and secure environment for tenants and their belongings.Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.</li><li>Assist customers with rental inquiries, unit selection, and leasing agreements.</li><li>Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner.</li><li>Advertise available units through various channels, such as online listings, signage, and local advertising.</li><li>Conduct property tours for potential tenants and assist with the leasing process.</li><li>Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of unit availability, rentals, and tenant information.</li><li>Perform regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance.</li><li>Collect rent payments, late fees, and other charges from tenants in a timely manner.</li><li>Manage properties budget, forecasting revenue and expenses to ensure profitability.</li><li>Monitor delinquent accounts and take appropriate actions for collections.</li><li>Implement security measures to safeguard the property and tenants' belongings, such as surveillance systems, lighting, and access controls.</li><li>Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment.</li><li>Respond to emergencies or incidents, such as break-ins, accidents, or medical emergencies, following established procedures.</li><li>Maintain organized files and records, including lease agreements, tenant information, and financial documents.</li><li>Prepare reports for management, summarizing property performance, occupancy rates, and financial metrics.</li><li>Coordinate with Regional Manager as needed for support, guidance, and reporting.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.</li><li>Prior experience in property management, customer service, retail or a related field preferred.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, property management software).</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.</li><li>Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
