<li>Clean record with no disciplinary actions</li>
<li>Active professional license</li>
<li>Malpractice insurance</li>
<li>2-years of mobile practice</li>
<li>2-years experience in primary care</li>
<li>2-years experience in wound care</li>
<li>Experience creating your own treatment plans</li></ul><br>

</div><div><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul><li>2-years experience in geriatric care</li>
<li>Spanish or Tagalog speaking</li>
<li>Tebra EHR experience</li>
