Title: Content Writer (Arabic &amp; English)Location: QatarEmployment Type: Full-time, On-siteAbout the Role:We are looking for a skilled and creative bilingual (Arabic &amp; English) Content Writer to join our Qatar/Dubai team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) with a strong ability to create high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content across multiple channels.This role focuses on ideation, content planning, and execution across various content pillars &mdash; including social media, ad campaigns, blogs, PR, and community engagement.Key Responsibilities:1. Content Ideation &amp; Strategy&middot; Lead content ideation in alignment with brand tone, campaigns, and communication objectives.&middot; Develop creative concepts and content pillars that resonate with regional audiences.&middot; Contribute to the planning and structure of monthly social content calendars across platforms.&middot; Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure message consistency and brand integrity.2. Copywriting &amp; Content&middot; Craft compelling ad copies and taglines for digital creatives, campaign visuals, and video scripts.&middot; Write impactful captions and headlines that enhance engagement and conversion.&middot; Ensure all messaging reflects the brand&rsquo;s voice, values, and cultural nuance in both Arabic and English.3. Long-Form &amp; Editorial Content&middot; Write and edit blog articles, thought-leadership pieces, and PR content that build brand credibility.&middot; Support in developing press materials and editorial content for external communication.&middot; Conduct light research and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and relevance.4. Community &amp; Engagement Content&middot; Create and refine content for community interactions, including reply templates, brand responses, and reactive posts.&middot; Maintain an authentic and consistent tone across public touchpoints in both languages.Qualifications &amp; Skills:&middot; Fluency in both Arabic and English with strong written communication skills.&middot; Excellent command of both languages for translation, briefing, and team collaboration.&middot; 4&ndash;6 years of content writing experience (brand-side experience preferred; agency background is an advantage).&middot; Proven ability to ideate and execute social media content calendars.&middot; Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with attention to cultural and linguistic nuances.&middot; Familiarity with digital and social content trends in the UAE and GCC region.&middot; Ability to manage multiple content streams and meet deadlines.&middot; Proficiency with standard tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or content management tools).Additional Notes:&middot; This role is primarily content-focused (writing, ideation, and planning).&middot; Some content may require timely uploading or publishing as part of the day-to-day workflow.Job Type: Full-time
