We are looking for a meticulous and qualified Pharmacist to handle Prescription Validation and Digitisation. The role involves reviewing, verifying, and digitising prescriptions to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with medical and regulatory standards. The pharmacist will act as a quality checkpoint, ensuring that all prescriptions are correctly entered into digital systems for further processing or dispensing.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Review and validate e-prescriptions/orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with medical guidelines.</li><li>Verify drug names, dosages, frequency, route of administration, and patient details.</li><li>Identify potential drug interactions, contraindications, or errors and escalate for clarification.</li><li>Digitise handwritten or scanned prescriptions into electronic medical record (EMR) or pharmacy management systems accurately.</li><li>Maintain high standards of data integrity while entering prescription details.</li><li>Collaborate with doctors and teleconsultation teams to resolve prescription discrepancies.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and institutional policies.</li><li>Document and maintain validation and digitisation records for audit and reporting.</li><li>Keep updated with pharmacology, drug interactions, and treatment guidelines.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s / Master&rsquo;s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm).</li><li>Valid pharmacist license/registration with State Pharmacy Council.</li><li>Minimum [X years] of experience in pharmacy practice or prescription handling.</li><li>Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug safety, and prescription guidelines.</li><li>Attention to detail with excellent analytical and data entry skills.</li><li>Proficient in using EMR / pharmacy management software or willing to learn.</li><li>Strong communication skills for coordination with doctors and healthcare teams.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under strict timelines.</li></ul>Key Skills<ul><li>Prescription validation &amp; verification</li><li>Prescription digitisation / EMR data entry</li><li>Pharmacovigilance &amp; drug safety</li><li>Regulatory compliance</li><li>Attention to detail and critical thinking</li><li>Communication &amp; coordination</li></ul>Work ModeFull-time &ndash; Work From Office ( Gandipet, Hyderabad)Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have your own Laptop?</li><li>Are you comfortable with working from the Office</li><li>Do you have your pharmacist's License?</li><li>Can you join on 30th Sept 2025</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Hyderabad, Telangana (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
