As our Operations Support Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our sales and installation operations, ensuring smooth workflows and exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>
Managing and tracking sales orders from initiation to completion.</li><li>
Verifying order accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>
Efficiently sourcing and purchasing specialty parts and hardware.</li><li>
Providing excellent phone support and managing inquiries.</li><li>
Scheduling and confirming customer appointments with precision.</li><li>
Securing customer payments accurately and efficiently.</li><li>
Maintaining up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.</li><li>
Handling essential documentation, including obtaining, preparing, and scanning.</li></ul>
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:<ul><li>
A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal and listening skills.</li><li>
Highly self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.</li><li>
Remarkably organized with an unwavering commitment to detail.</li><li>
Professional in conduct and presentation.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).</li><li>
Familiar with invoicing and order entry processes.</li><li>
Dependable, trustworthy, and consistently punctual.</li></ul>

Job Details:
Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday) 8:30AM-4:30PM
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
