What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h3><ul><li>
Install custom frameless glass shower enclosures with precision and care</li><li>
Work in a two-person team to complete installations on-site</li><li>
Engage respectfully with customers to explain the installation and answer questions</li><li>
Use a variety of tools including drills, levels, suction cups, and measuring tapes</li><li>
Safely lift and maneuver glass panels (up to 100 lbs)</li><li>
Apply caulking and ensure watertight, seamless finishes</li><li>
Maintain a clean and protected work area in customer homes</li><li>
Follow company safety and quality standards on every job</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What Makes You a Great Fit</b></h3><ul><li>
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn</li><li>
Comfortable using hand and power tools</li><li>
Able to add/subtract fractions and use a tape measure accurately</li><li>
Background in carpentry, tile, drywall, remodeling, plumbing, or general handyman work is a plus</li><li>
Physically capable of lifting heavy materials, bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for long periods</li><li>
Team-oriented with pride in craftsmanship and detail</li><li>
Willing to follow directions, ask questions, and continuously improve</li><li>

Preferred Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
Experience in one or more trades: carpentry, tile, drywall, or plumbing</li><li>
Understanding of construction finishing or remodeling</li><li>
Familiarity with levels, caulking techniques, and power tools</li><li>
