My Sister&rsquo;s Cottage is a Christian boutique specializing in clothing, home decor, and gifts. My Sister&rsquo;s Cottage was created with a purpose. The mission of this local boutique is to establish one safe house, or cottage, for women escaping human trafficking with every store created nationwide. 10% of all My Sister&rsquo;s Cottage profits are donated to local emergency shelters supporting survivors of human trafficking.My Sister&rsquo;s Cottage is an inclusive store that firmly holds the belief that everyone is embraced by God&rsquo;s love no matter their background or beliefs. Every purchase at My Sister&rsquo;s Cottage helps give back to the community.Assistant INVENTORY MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION:<ul><li>Overseeing and managing the Inventory Associates</li><li>Manages schedules of employees</li><li>Communicates with inventory employees to meet business goals and address personnel issues.</li><li>Contributing to the profitability of the retail operation by receiving, handling, and managing the inventory of merchandise and supplies in a timely and organized manner.</li><li>Setting up and participating in formal periodic inventory audits</li><li>Manages the recruitment and training of new inventory employees.</li><li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.</li><li>Evaluates deliveries, shipments and checks for damaged items when they arrive at the store daily.</li><li>Assist with reviewing customer purchase orders and pulling supplies from inventory and preparing them for delivery</li><li>Maintain workspace cleanliness and organization, including any areas where product is stored</li><li>Maintain stored product in a neat and orderly fashion, and work to maximize the effectiveness of the space</li></ul>Daily Duties included: Receiving inventory utilizing our management system, unboxing incoming inventory and boxing outgoing, ability to lift 10-50lbs, standing upright for long periods of time, reporting damages, and occasionally assisting with additional task.We have a team atmosphere with flexible hours, and a great work environment.Job Type: Full-timeExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
