About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support overall financial management for the company. The ideal candidate must have strong accounting knowledge, good analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (AP/AR, journals, ledgers).</li><li>Manage invoices, receipts, and payment processing.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and financial records.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.</li><li>Manage GST, TDS filings, and statutory compliance.</li><li>Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and internal audits.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and support management with financial insights.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when required.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years accounting experience (preferably in a private company).</li><li>Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP systems.</li><li>Good understanding of GST, TDS, payroll, reconciliations.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in end-to-end accounting.</li><li>Knowledge of MIS reporting.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Willing to start immediately?</li><li>Willing to relocate?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Financial accounting: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>
