If you&rsquo;re known for being resourceful, proactive, and detail-obsessed, you may be the perfect fit.This role requires a blend of executive presence, operational excellence, and strong communication skills.Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage complex executive calendars with proactive conflict resolution and strategic prioritization</li><li>Protect executive time by filtering requests, triaging communications, and ensuring daily alignment</li><li>Prepare leaders for meetings through agendas and follow-up tracking</li><li>Handle email and inbox management, including drafting responses and managing workflow</li><li>Serve as a professional liaison between executives and internal/external partners</li><li>Support leadership meetings, board prep, and cross-functional coordination</li><li>Document processes and create efficiencies within the executive&rsquo;s workflow</li><li>Plan and coordinate detailed travel itineraries aligned with business goals</li><li>Manage reservations, logistics, changes, and expense tracking with accuracy</li><li>Maintain a high level of discretion when handling confidential information</li></ul>Contract- up to 40 hours/wk100% remote- always!Flexible schedule- but you&rsquo;ll need consistent availability during standard U.S. business hoursRate: $20/hrOur VAs come from everywhere and are going places.
