 Role Overview
 
 
 
 We are seeking a
 
 Merchant Growth Lead
 
 to scale
 
 mylo's
 
 merchant ecosystem by shaping category strategy, orchestrating partnerships, and optimizing merchant performance. The role defines which merchant segments to prioritize, builds activation and engagement playbooks, and collaborates cross-functionally to unlock commercial impact&mdash;driving profitable GMV, category depth, and long-term merchant retention.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 Category &amp; Merchant Strategy
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop merchant and category growth strategies, including prioritization of segments, verticals, and scalability paths
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate ecosystem signals and merchant insights into decisions around prioritization, enhancements, and commercial opportunities
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Partnerships &amp; Merchant Lifecycle
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead merchant partnership orchestration end-to-end (commercial alignment, activation, integration, joint initiatives, and performance optimization)
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with Sales &amp; Partnerships to drive onboarding, activation, expansion, and retention across merchant lifecycle
 </li>
 <li>
 Shape merchant playbooks and lifecycle frameworks that accelerate time-to-value and improve engagement, repeat contribution, and ecosystem depth
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Commercial Constructs, GTMs &amp; Calendars
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design and operationalize commercial constructs (pricing, incentives, promotions, and value propositions) to drive utilization, penetration, and profitability
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop merchant-facing GTMs for new offerings, programs, and category initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and manage category and merchant calendars, commercial campaigns, and joint planning cycles
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Performance &amp; Experimentation
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Run experiments/A-B tests across segmentation, incentives, communications, and lifecycle interventions to improve ecosystem outcomes
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor merchant KPIs (activation, GMV, revenue contribution, retention, churn, and category depth) and drive continuous improvement
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Cross-Functional Collaboration
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Partner with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Commercial to enhance merchant experience, improve tooling, and increase feature utilization
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive ecosystem scaling efforts to expand merchant contribution, profitability, and long-term value
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years experience in Growth, Category/Merchant, Strategy, B2B Marketing, or similar commercial ecosystem roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in FinTech or similar ecosystem-driven environments is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and commercial acumen; comfortable with economics, segmentation, incentives, and data-informed decision making
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, Product, Operations, or Marketing
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with pricing models, partnerships, incentives, category dynamics, or merchant economics
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to lifecycle, segmentation, or retention frameworks preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Curious, experimental, and iteration-oriented mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
 </li>

 As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that strengthen brand presence and deliver impactful visual experiences across digital and social touchpoints. You will translate business and marketing objectives into compelling designs while ensuring strong brand consistency and cohesive visual storytelling.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities

 Design and produce high-quality visual assets for digital channels, including social media, marketing campaigns, and brand communications
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate marketing and business requirements into clear, engaging, and on-brand visual designs
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with marketing, growth, and product teams to deliver effective creative solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure consistency across all visual outputs in line with brand guidelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the evolution of the brand's visual identity through thoughtful design execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices relevant to digital and social platforms
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 4-6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within digital-first or consumer-facing brands Experience in fintech, banking, consumer finance, or regulated industries is a strong plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience using Figma for digital design and cross-team collaboration
 </li>
 <li>
 Practical experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., for concept generation, image enhancement, or workflow optimization) to support design output
 </li>
 <li>
 Design Expertise Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and social media-focused work Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Motion &amp; Animation Background or hands-on experience in motion graphics or animated design is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Digital &amp; Social Focus Deep understanding of social media formats, design best practices, and platform requirements Experience designing for performance-driven digital campaigns is a plus
