This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our user interfaces, from research and design to implementation and optimization. If you're a hands-on designer and developer with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a desire to build intuitive and engaging digital experiences, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>User Research &amp; Design: Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and AI-based applications.</li><li>UI/UX Best Practices: Apply best practices in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, ensuring consistency, usability, and accessibility.</li><li>Creative Design System Management: Contribute to and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products.</li><li>Motion Design: Experience with the creation of 2D and 3D rendering or animation.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, backend developers, and other designers, to define features, limitations, and key evaluation metrics.</li><li>Frontend Development: Translate UI/UX designs into functional, responsive, and high-performance frontend code using modern web technologies.</li><li>Innovation &amp; Trends: Stay current with the latest advancements in UI/UX design trends, frontend development frameworks (e.g.,React, Angular, Vue.js), and tools, bringing new ideas and technologies to the team.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Design Fundamentals: Deep understanding of UI/UX design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and visual design.</li><li>Prototyping Tools: Proven experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer or Adobe XD.</li><li>Responsive Design: Experience building responsive and accessible user interfaces.</li><li>Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex user needs into practical design and development solutions.</li><li>Technical Skills: Strong programming skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with extensive experience with modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Version Control: Familiarity with Git and version control practices for collaborative development.</li><li>Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your UI/UX design and frontend development work.</li><li>Frameworks: Experience with component libraries and design systems.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>The opportunity to work on challenging and impactful user experience projects.</li><li>A collaborative and innovative work environment.</li><li>Support for continuous learning and professional growth.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Manama (Preferred)</li></ul>
