And along with good professional care, they are looking for a friend to help guide them through their healing.Hanny Family Chiropractic- MyoCore is waiting for you to come shine in your own way over here as our Front Desk Assistant!The role:<ul><li>Meeting and greeting patients</li><li>Taking payments</li><li>Answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments</li><li>Typing emails and other correspondence</li><li>Maintaining patient records and respect confidentiality</li><li>Involvement in marketing and public relations projects</li><li>Help managing clinic social media</li><li>Provide general reception and office support (basic computer and word processing skills is essential)</li><li>Maintaining office presentation, general cleaning duties</li><li>On-going training will be provided, with opportunities to attend fully-paid seminars locally.</li></ul>Preferred Requirements:<ul><li>Has great telephone manners, interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Great computer skills (Mad skills in social media is a bonus)</li><li>Is proactive, organized, reliable and consistent in their work</li><li>A desire to be challenged to learn new skills and grow into roles as needed</li><li>Put the secret code &ldquo;47&rdquo; in the subject line of your email to us, thanks</li><li>Is health conscious</li><li>Ability to work in a team of different personalities (we have a chiropractor who is organized and gets things done and a chiropractor who has lots of dad jokes to share with you)</li><li>Experience in a similar health care support role would be favorable but not essential (P.S. our previous successful hire didn&rsquo;t have a health industry/reception background)&emsp;</li></ul>Hours &amp; Address: This position is for full-time Monday- Friday hours between our Fort Worth and Arlington clinics with occasional rotation to our North Richland Hills clinic.
