<b>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</b><br>
</div><div>The Social Media &amp; Content Marketing Manager will play a key role in expanding Myomo&rsquo;s digital presence through creating engaging, educational, and inspiring content across all channels. This hands-on role is ideal for a creative, organized marketer who enjoys writing, designing, filming, and posting &mdash; and who thrives on turning stories of patient success and clinical innovation into compelling marketing content.<br>

 You&rsquo;ll manage the day-to-day execution of social media, develop multi-format content, (written, visual, and video) and support digital campaigns effective in driving awareness, engagement, and lead generation among patients, caregivers, and clinicians.</div><br>

How You'll Drive Impact:<br>
</b></h3><br>
<div><b>Content Creation &amp; Execution</b></div><ul>
<li>Develop, write, and publish high-quality content for Myomo&rsquo;s owned channels, including social media, website, and email.</li>
<li>Develop compelling patient and clinical content &amp; brochures for promotion digitally and via print.</li>
<li>Create visual content such as graphics, short videos, patient spotlights, and clinician testimonials.</li>
<li>Manage the content calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns and posts.</li>
<li>Repurpose existing content (e.g., patient stories, press releases, webinars) into shareable digital assets.</li>
</ul><div><b>Social Media Management</b></div><ul>
<li>Execute daily social media activity across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok).</li>
<li>Create a YouTube channel for Myomo.</li>
<li>Monitor engagement, respond to comments and inquiries, and manage community interactions.</li>
<li>Track and report on performance metrics, using insights to refine strategy and optimize future content.</li>
</ul><div><b>Campaign Support</b></div><ul>
<li>Support integrated marketing campaigns by developing supporting content for paid social, email nurture, and digital ads.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners (agencies, video teams, etc.) to ensure consistency across campaigns.</li>
</ul><div><b>Brand Storytelling</b></div><ul>
<li>Bring the Myomo mission to life by capturing authentic patient stories, showcasing clinical outcomes, and celebrating the impact of restored mobility.</li>
<li>Uphold brand guidelines and ensure content adheres to medical device marketing compliance standards.</li></ul><br>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You'll Bring:<br>
</b></h3><br>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in social media and content marketing, preferably in healthcare, medical device, or consumer health.</li>
<li>Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency with social media management tools (E.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social).</li>
<li>Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, Da Vinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent).</li>
<li>Experience analyzing content performance metrics and translating insights into action.</li>
<li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.</li>
</ul><div><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></div><ul>
<li>Prior experience marketing to seniors, disabled and/or neuro-affected populations.</li>
<li>General knowledge of visual storytelling, composition, graphic design basics, camera operation, and lighting to maintain high-quality standards in self-produced social content.</li>
<li>Experience with Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, Salesforce, and platform-based social media dashboards.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of SEO for cross-channel growth.</li>
