The Role</b></h3><p>
We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our U.S. team remotely, based out of Houston, Texas. You will collaborate with our global creative and production teams to design high-quality visual assets across a variety of multimedia projects, from digital campaigns and animations to presentations and corporate storytelling materials.</p><p>
This role is ideal for a designer eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced creative environment, working on projects that span multiple industries and regions.</p><p>
This is for a 6 month contract position, but may be expanded for the right fit.
</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibilities</b></h3><ul>
<li>Support senior designers and project managers in developing design assets for film, e-learning, and other digital media.</li>
<li>Create visuals for presentations, storyboards, social media, and web content.</li>
<li>Prepare and deliver artwork for both print and digital channels.</li>
<li>Ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all materials.</li>
<li>Assist in concept development and motion design tasks when needed.</li>
<li>Participate in creative brainstorming and contribute new design ideas.</li>
<li>Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.</li>
<li>Collaborate effectively with global teams across time zones.</li>

Requirements</b></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

<li>1&ndash;2 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house preferred).</li>
<li>Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and execution across print and digital media.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign essential; After Effects or Figma a plus).</li>
<li>Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.</li>
<li>Interest in multimedia storytelling.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and time management skills.</li>
<li>Self-motivated and adaptable to working remotely.</li>
<li>May be possibility to meet with team or clients in person.
