Job Title: In-School Trainer (NEET/JEE/Foundation Program) Location: Anywhere in Madurai District Organization: goADEM EdTech Pvt LtdJob Type: Full-time (On-campus)Job Description:We are looking for dedicated and passionate In-School Trainers from any Science stream to train school students under our NEET/JEE/Foundation Program. The candidate should be willing to relocate and work at partner schools in Madurai District.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct daily classroom sessions for NEET/JEE/Foundation level students.</li><li>Prepare and deliver engaging lessons in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Mathematics based on assigned subjects.</li><li>Support students in developing strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Maintain class discipline and create an interactive learning environment.</li><li>Assess student progress through regular tests and assignments.</li><li>Collaborate with the academic and content team to ensure effective implementation of the curriculum.</li><li>Participate in training, workshops, and review meetings as required.</li></ul>Eligibility:<ul><li>Postgraduate in any Science stream (Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics/Biology).</li><li>Strong communication and teaching skills in English.</li><li>Passionate about mentoring students and improving learning outcomes.</li><li>Willing to relocate and stay at the assigned school location in Madurai District.</li><li>Freshers are welcome.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Female candidates preferred.</li><li>Prior teaching or training experience in school-level NEET/JEE/Foundation courses will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>&#8377;18,000 to &#8377;21,000 per month (including accommodation).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;21,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
