Job Summary</b></h2><p>
Mystic Valley is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Nurse to support the health and well-being of our students. The ideal candidate is an experienced and caring professional who enjoys working with children and excels in communication and collaboration.</p><p>

Responsibilities and Duties</b></h2><ul><li><p>
Assess and evaluate students presenting with illness or injury</p></li><li><p>
Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student health concerns, including early dismissal when necessary</p></li><li><p>
Educate students on hygiene, illness prevention, and general health and safety practices</p></li><li><p>
Review and verify immunization and vaccination records</p></li><li><p>
Respond to and coordinate care during medical emergencies</p></li><li><p>
Develop and oversee school health and wellness initiatives</p></li><li><p>
Maintain accurate and confidential student health and medical records</p></li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications and Skills</b></h2><ul><li><p>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Nursing preferred</p></li><li><p>
Prior experience in a school or educational setting preferred</p></li><li><p>
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills</p></li><li><p>
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</p></li><li><p>
