Key Responsibilities Design creatives for social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook<ul><li>Create marketing banners, promotional graphics, thumbnails and website visuals</li><li>Develop visually appealing layouts aligned with brand guidelines</li><li>Prepare initial drafts, concepts and revise as required</li><li>Support content and marketing teams with regular design needs</li><li>Manage daily creative tasks and deliver within timelines</li><li>Assist with basic product-related design tasks when required</li></ul>Required Skills <ul><li>Basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or Figma</li><li>Good understanding of color theory, typography and visual layout</li><li>Ability to create clean and consistent designs</li><li>Creativity with attention to detail</li><li>Willingness to learn and adapt to feedback</li><li>Good communication and teamwork</li></ul>Education: Candidates with any of the following are eligible:<ul><li>12th Pass</li><li>Diploma in Graphic Design / Multimedia</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (any stream)</li><li>BFA, B.Des or similar (optional, not mandatory)Preferred Courses / Certifications(Not mandatory but an advantage)</li><li>Graphic Design certification (Arena Animation / MAAC / NIIT / Udemy / Coursera)</li><li>Courses in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or Figma</li><li>Digital Marketing or Social Media Design coursesCandidate Profile</li></ul>Creative mindset with an interest in digital branding<ul><li>Freshers or interns looking for hands-on industry experience</li><li>Ability to work full-time onsite at our Navi Mumbai office</li></ul>Growth Opportunity Interns may be offered a full-time position based on performance, consistency and design quality.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;12,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
