We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Consulting Services Account Manager to partner with our SLED team as we continue to grow our Oracle cloud marketshare. Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Sell cloud solutions and services directly into State and Local accounts.</li><li>
Work to achieve business plan revenue and profitability targets on each sales cycle.</li><li>
Expand customer penetration within your assigned territory, through proactive marketing events, tracking of bid boards, and contract vehicle maximization.</li><li>
Manage prospects throughout the entire sales process, and collaborate with team members in Marketing, Pre-sales, and Delivery to develop winning proposals.</li><li>
Coordinate with product sales teams to develop territory plans and sales strategies.</li><li>
Work with Oracle teams to share account knowledge and sales strategies.</li><li>
Develop pursuit strategies and teaming arrangements for competitive opportunities.</li><li>
Travel to customer sites to identify sales prospects.</li><li>
Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of the Mythics consulting value proposition.</li><li>
Develop, schedule and coordinate customer presentations to all levels of leadership, including C-level.</li><li>
Liaise with customer contacts to manage the customer relationship, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring loyalty.</li></ul></div>
Qualifications:
<div><div><ul><li>BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.</li><li>
12 + years&rsquo; selling consulting services in the SLED market.</li><li>
The ability to manage an individual contributor sales pipeline.</li><li>
Experience in large scale Oracle SaaS sales cycles.</li></ul><p><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
Knowledge of State and Local Government.</li><li>
Business acumen, with a demonstrated track record of driving emerging/disruptive technologies.</li><li>
End-to-end capture experience, including teaming arrangements, incumbent vendor assessments, market research analysis, and proposal response expertise.</li><li>
Interpersonal, presentation and writing skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence others internally and externally.</li></ul></div></div>

The Capture &amp; Proposal Lead is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the full lifecycle of Public Sector contract vehicle acquisition and utilization. This role focuses on Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) IT solutions, including hardware, software, cloud, and professional services. The Lead is accountable for capture strategy, direct proposal management, and submission.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Contract Portfolio Strategy &amp; Governance</b></div><ul><li><b>
Strategic Alignment:</b> Align the vehicle strategy with organizational growth goals, line card OEMs, and IT service offerings.</li><li><b>
Market Intelligence:</b> Analyze emerging vehicles and procurement trends (State, Local, Federal) to assess alignment with company capabilities and market demand.</li><li><b>
Portfolio Roadmap:</b> Create a strategic roadmap to identify and pursue COTS IT contract vehicles across Federal and SLED markets.</li><li><b>
Market Strategy:</b></li><li><ul><li><b>
SLED:</b> Lead the strategy to significantly expand SLED market reach by capturing new State, City, and County COTS vehicles and executing Participating Addendums (PAs) for cooperative agreements (e.g., NASPO ValuePoint).</li><li><b>
Federal:</b> Drive the strategy to optimize and protect the established Federal business by ensuring effective utilization of existing GWACs and GSA Schedules for COTS buying agreements.</li></ul></li><li><b>
Compliance Expertise:</b> Maintain expert command of Public Sector procurement methodologies, driving vehicle strategy compliance across diverse regulatory environments, including deep familiarity with co-operative purchasing and complex SLED regulations, while possessing foundational working knowledge of FAR/DFARS for Federal engagements.</li></ul><div><b>
Capture, Proposal Management &amp; Submission</b></div><ul><li><b>
Full Lifecycle Ownership:</b> Lead the complete capture lifecycle for assigned vehicle pursuits, from opportunity identification through final submission.</li><li><b>
Competitive Strategy:</b> Develop competitive analysis, teaming strategies, and win themes specific to COTS IT procurements.</li><li><b>
Proposal Management &amp; Integration:</b> Serve as the Proposal Manager, owning the full submission process. This includes directing inputs from internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), writing and editing non-technical sections, integrating all content (technical, pricing, past performance), ensuring strict compliance, and producing the final, compelling submission package.</li><li><b>
Project Management:</b> Develop capture schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.</li></ul><div><b>
Stakeholder Management &amp; Contract Transition</b></div><ul><li><b>
Internal Partnership:</b> Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to define resource requirements, pricing strategies, past performance, and technical differentiators for capture.</li><li><b>
External Relationships:</b> Build and maintain relationships with key Public Sector customers, technology manufacturers (OEMs), and strategic teaming partners.</li><li><b>
Contract Handoff:</b> Upon contract award, conduct a formal handoff session with the contract vehicle management teams to ensure a seamless transition to the execution and utilization phase.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li><b>Experience:</b> 5+ years of experience in business development, capture management, and hands-on proposal management and editing within the IT Public Sector (COTS focus).</li><li><b>
Proven Success:</b> Demonstrated success in winning and managing SLED-focused contract vehicles and implementing PAs, plus experience leveraging Federal GWACs/GSA Schedules.</li><li><b>
Knowledge:</b> Strong understanding of co-operative purchasing and complex state/local procurement regulations for IT acquisition, in addition to foundational knowledge of FAR/DFARS.</li><li><b>
Education:</b> Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Legal, or Public Policy field.</li><li><b>
Skills:</b> Exceptional proposal writing, editing, and integration skills, project management, organizational, and analytical abilities to manage complex, multi-state initiatives.</li></ul><br>
