Job Profile: Marketing and Operation ExecutivePosition SummaryThe Marketing and Seminar Executive is responsible for planning, promoting, and executing marketing activities&mdash;including seminars, workshops, and events&mdash;to create brand awareness, generate leads, and engage prospective students/clients. This role bridges marketing strategy with on-ground execution and requires excellent communication and presentation skills.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Marketing &amp; Promotion</li><li>Plan and execute marketing campaigns ( offline) to promote company services.</li><li>Manage social media, email campaigns, and local advertising for event outreach.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with colleges, institutions, and student groups.</li><li>Seminar / Event Management</li><li>Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, and orientation sessions.</li><li>Deliver engaging presentations on study abroad opportunities, career paths, or services.</li><li>Coordinate with venues, vendors, and college/university partners.</li><li>Handle registration, logistics, and feedback collection from attendees.</li><li>Client/Student Engagement</li><li>Address queries of students/parents during and after seminars.</li><li>Collect leads and follow up with interested participants for conversion.</li><li>Build a professional rapport with students, parents, and institutional stakeholders.</li><li>Market Research &amp; Reporting</li><li>Research student trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.</li><li>Provide regular reports on seminar attendance, leads generated, and conversions.</li><li>Suggest improvements for future marketing and seminar strategies.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong communication and public speaking skills.</li><li>Knowledge of marketing strategies (digital &amp; offline).</li><li>Event management and coordination abilities.</li><li>Confidence in handling large groups of students/parents.</li><li>Networking and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Canva or similar tools is a plus.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.</li><li>Prior experience in marketing, student counseling, or event management preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
