 1. Strategic Management
 
 
 <ul>

 Design and manage the cross-border operations model in line with the company&rsquo;s international growth strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market research, regulatory analysis, and feasibility studies for new country launches.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop strategies to optimize international procurement, logistics, and customs processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage high-level relationships with global marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Temu, AliExpress, etc.) and logistics partners.
 </li>

 2. Operations Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage all end-to-end B2C/B2B cross-border sales processes from Turkey to abroad (and/or from abroad to Turkey).
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee all operational steps such as order flow, splitting, cancellation, return, consolidation, warehouse picking, customs declaration, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Control ETGB, export declarations, consolidation, and reverse logistics processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage operational KPIs (on-time delivery, cancellation rate, return rate, damage rate, delay durations).
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide fast resolutions to daily operational issues and minimize risks.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 3. Customs, Regulations &amp; Compliance
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor import/export regulations in Turkey and target countries (HS Code, CE requirements, restricted items, prohibited items, customs limits, return procedures).
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage forbidden/imitation products and build processes to identify risky items in advance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure correct execution of ETGB and export processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage VAT, SCT, customs duties, global tax obligations, and country-specific compliance topics.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 4. Logistics Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage international transportation networks (air, road, express, PUDO, last-mile).
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize LOI, SLAs, and logistics costs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design fulfillment center, cross-dock, and overseas warehouse processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze logistics partner performance and develop improvement recommendations.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 5. Commercial Process Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage product, pricing, and commission strategies to drive growth in global marketplaces.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead commercial campaigns, price optimization, and category development activities to enhance sellers&rsquo; cross-border performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Calculate unit economics (product price + logistics + commission + customs + tax + operational costs).
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with the finance team on payment flows, FX management, and cross-border settlement processes.
 </li>

 6. IT &amp; Integration Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee the development of integrations for marketplace, logistics, and payment systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with technical teams on processes such as order flow, splitting, cancellation, tracking updates, API integrations, and warehouse management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and manage the roadmap for technical improvement requests.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 7. Reporting &amp; Analysis
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare daily/weekly operational reports (order flow, delivery, cancellation, return, customs-reject, loss rate).
 </li>
 <li>
 Present monthly GMV, profitability, and performance reports to management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare operational and cost analyses for new countries.
 </li>

 Who you are

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree
 </li>

 Minimum 5&ndash;7 years of experience
