Content Creator (Freelance / Hybrid Role – Dubai Based)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, coordinating with staff, suppliers, and clients, and ensuring smooth administrative support for the company.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.</li><li>Maintain employee records, attendance, and timesheets.</li><li>Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication between staff, clients, and suppliers.</li><li>Handle petty cash, expense tracking, and office documentation.</li><li>Prepare official letters, reports, and correspondence as required.</li><li>Support company registrations and ensure timely updates from staff.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.</li><li>Fluent in English (spoken and written).</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, google sheets)</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.</li><li>Must hold a valid UAE Residence Visa.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>
