What You'll Be Doing</h3><ul>
<li>Design high-performing websites that align with brand identities and client objectives.
</li><li>Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows.
</li><li>Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
</li><li>Present design concepts to clients, explain rationale clearly, and refine work based on feedback.
</li><li>Apply best practices in UI/UX, ensuring every site is both visually stunning and easy to use.
</li><li>Stay current with web design trends, accessibility standards, and emerging tools.
</li><li>Help set and maintain N4 Studio&rsquo;s design quality benchmarks across all web projects.
</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>
Minimum of 3 years of experience in web design and branding, preferably in a studio or agency setting.</li></ul><ul>
<li>Clear communication skills, both written and verbal&mdash;you can explain your design decisions and contribute to team discussions.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator).</li>
<li>A strong portfolio showcasing cutting edge web design and branding work, with attention to detail and creativity.</li>
<li>Experience working collaboratively on design teams and juggling multiple projects or deadlines.</li>
<li>A proactive attitude, with the ability to manage your time well and adapt to shifting priorities.</li>
<li>Familiarity with responsive design, basic UI/UX principles, and an understanding of how designs are built in platforms like Webflow or WordPress.</li>
<li>Bonus: Experience or familiarity with HTML/CSS, motion design, or low-code tools.</li>
