We have built a reputation rooted in integrity, reliability, and customer-centric values.W -Experience &amp; Reach-More than 30 years of experience in Pune&rsquo;s real estate market.-13 projects in total, including 5 ongoing developments at Vishrantwadi, Wagholi, Undri, Pirangute, Lawale-A diversified portfolio that spans: Residential spaces (apartments, row houses, villas, plots) &amp; Commercial spaces (offices, retail shops) Department: Stores / Inventory ManagementLocation: PiranguteReports To: Site Manager / Project ManagerJob PurposeAssist in managing materials, tools, and equipment at the construction site/store, ensuring proper receipt, storage, issue, and record-keeping of inventory to support smooth project operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Material Handling &amp; Storage</li><li>Receive, check, and verify materials delivered to the site/store against purchase orders and delivery challans.</li><li>Ensure proper storage of construction materials, tools, and equipment to prevent damage or loss.</li><li>Label and organize materials systematically for easy identification and retrieval.</li><li>Inventory Management</li><li>Maintain up-to-date stock registers (manual or ERP-based) for all materials.</li><li>Track daily material inflow and outflow, and update records accurately.</li><li>Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.</li><li>Material Issuance</li><li>Issue materials to site teams based on material requisition slips.</li><li>Ensure correct quantity and quality of materials are issued to prevent wastage.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Reporting</li><li>Maintain proper records of GRN (Goods Receipt Note), MRN (Material Requisition Note), and other store documents.</li><li>Submit daily/weekly stock reports to Store In-Charge/Project Manager.</li><li>Assist in reconciliation of stock with accounts and procurement teams.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Safety</li><li>Follow safety protocols in handling and storing hazardous materials.</li><li>Ensure the store area is kept clean, organized, and secured.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Knowledge of construction materials and inventory practices.</li><li>Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP software preferred).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Minimum 12th / Diploma in Civil or relevant field.</li><li>3 years + of experience in store/inventory management, preferably in construction.</li></ul>&ldquo;Interested candidates can share their resumes at: hr@ngrathirealty.com&rdquo;Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
