They will work under the guidance of senior engineers and site managers to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of works as per project specifications.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in site supervision, monitoring, and execution of construction activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with design specifications, drawings, and project requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.</li><li>Prepare and maintain daily site reports, material consumption reports, and progress records.</li><li>Monitor quality control measures and ensure adherence to safety standards.</li><li>Assist in preparing bar bending schedules (BBS), quantity take-offs, and estimates.</li><li>Support senior engineers in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.</li><li>Conduct inspections and ensure proper construction methods are followed.</li><li>Assist in resolving site-related technical issues under the guidance of seniors.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.</li><li>Experience: 4 years + experience in civil construction projects.</li><li>Technical Skills: Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.</li><li>Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant software.</li><li>Good understanding of structural drawings and site execution procedures.</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions accurately.</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Attention to detail and quality control.</li><li>Problem-solving ability for on-site challenges.</li><li>Commitment to safety and compliance with industry standards.</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.</li></ul>&ldquo;Interested candidates can share their resumes at: hr@ngrathirealty.com&rdquo;Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
