We are adding full-time 2nd shift Logistics Material Handlers to the team!
The Logistics Material Handler's main role is to move or cycle count inventory accurately throughout the building utilizing a smart phone like device or vehicle mounted PC and forklift or order picker. They significantly contribute to the team&rsquo;s success by working safely, accurately and at the defined productivity standard.
<div>WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
</div><ul><li>Perform a variety of material handling tasks including: pick location replenishment, inbound stock putaway, inventory cycle counting and truck loading/unloading
</li><li>Complete forklift certification class on all types of lifts
</li><li>Operate forklift equipment per safety policy including daily lift inspections
</li><li>Complete daily 5S tasks (warehouse organization and cleaning)
</li><li>Accurately complete inventory moves per WMS task assignment: accurate quantity and location
</li><li>Properly prep pallets for put away and replenishment per standard work
</li><li>Meet productivity rates when performing each Material Handling task
</li><li>Communicate barriers to leads or supervisors
</li><li>Contribute to the Continuous Improvement Program by participating on value stream teams or offering suggestions to increase Safety, Quality, On Time Delivery or Cost performance via the formal employee suggestion process
</li><li>Help with order picking when needed

</div><ul><li>1 year Distribution Center experience
</li><li>Strong work ethic and attention to detail
</li><li>Capable of accurately matching visual information on smart phone device with product labels
</li><li>Ability to focus on counting products accurately on every transaction to maintain inventory accuracy
</li><li>Strong addition &amp; multiplication skills
</li><li>Ability to exchange information with co-workers and work as part of a team
</li><li>Ability to use smart phone device continuously during shift
</li><li>Ability to repetitively lift 10+ lbs.
</li><li>Ability to occasionally lift up to 60 lbs.
</li><li>Ability to be on feet continuously throughout an 8-10 hour shift
</li><li>Ability to occasionally bend 90 degrees &amp; twist 45 degrees
</li><li>Must be able to operate motorized equipment and all forklift types safely

Logistics Material Handler - 2nd Shift

</h2>As a Quality Inspector at nVent Management Company, you will be part of a team known for their hard-working approach in delivering top-tier electrical and data center solutions. You will encounter:
<ul><li>Performing comprehensive product inspections based on criteria defined in work instructions, checklists, and drawings.
</li><li>Prioritizing tasks as established by the Operations Supervisors to maintain efficiency and meet departmental deliverable goals.
</li><li>Identifying non-conforming products that do not meet predefined requirements.
</li><li>Crafting Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) in response to discoveries of non-conforming products.
</li><li>Ensuring there are no active NCRs before completing a product inspection to maintain strict quality control and compliance.
</li><li>Applying precision and non-precision gauges, meters, tools, or devices to determine conformance to the relevant acceptance criteria.

</li><li>Candidates with 1 year of experience in quality processes and familiarity with Quality Management Systems are preferred.
</li><li>Ability to use precision measuring equipment (e.g., Calipers, micrometer, paint mil gauges, hardness tester, CMM, measuring tables, optical comparators, functional testers, etc.).

nVent&rsquo;s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee&rsquo;s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
 
 
Compensation Range:
$17.20 - $31.90 Per Hour
Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.

As an nVent Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and platforms that enable data-driven decision making and insights across the organization. You will work with a variety of data sources, technologies, emerging tools, and frameworks. You will collaborate with Business Stakeholders, Analytics Engineers, Data Engineers, and Data Architects to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.

</div><ul><li>A Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
</li><li>Previous experience in or with 5+ years&rsquo; experience as a Software Engineer or Data Engineer
<ul><li>Experience in cloud data platforms like Snowflake.
</li><li>Automated data integration and transformation using tools such as dbt, or Informatica.
</li><li>Previous programming expertise in SQL, Python.
</li><li>In-depth knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, Bedrock, and S3.
</li><li>Experience in managing data processes in SQL Server.
